I ordered a pair of shoes which were too big. I wanted to exchange them for a pair smaller. I received an email saying that I could pay $25 extra and I could keep the pair and get another pair. I asked how to pay and I haven’t heard anything back after 3 more emails concerning the return. I’m very unhappy with the company and their customer service.
