Once your order is confirmed we start production within 24 hours.
It takes approximately 4-8 business days before shipment. Once shipped, you will be sent a tracking number.

Uploading images is a cinch! Go into our custom shoe product page.
AND you will see an icon to upload your image and you will see the recommended size and resolution for your image.

It actually depends on the picture you uploaded. Our skilled designers will ensure the printed picture as clear as seen on your phone.
Q: Will the picture tarnish or fade away after constant washes?
Never, we adopted exclusive technic and natural cloth dyes to make the boxers, color won't tarnish or fade away after constant washes, no matter it's in cold water or hot water.
Q: What type should my file be?
We accept standard image types- JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, PSD, PDF, AI.
Besides, If you want to add words, we can do that for you. Just give us the details in the design notes.
Q: How can I be sure that the product suits my design?
After receiving your design files and descriptions, our designers will give you a sample picture of the item you choose. We will not start printing before you say yes!
